I love that Especialidades Cerveceras is basically helping to redefine the general image of Mexican beer ... looking forward to seeing more brews in the Casta line-up. All of their brews to date have been quite enjoyable.

I have tried the range of Casta and while they are unique to Mexico I haven't been too impressed yet. Largely they seem to get to me a little old and stale. Perhaps they have stability problems because living in Dallas we get most things Mexican (including Mexicans themselves!) a lot fresher.
