Just had some again this past Friday with the Bosteels family (7th generation brewers) in Buggenhout, Belgium. Paired nicely with our lunch of frog legs.
An incredible beer with an amazing nose of lilacs. Wonderfully refreshing and crisp, and a great apéritif / replacement for champagne IMO. Here's some reviews:
Cheers!

I've tried it twice; the first time it was sublimely wonderful. The second time, it was not so good. I think the secret is to find one that hasn't been exposed to much light, and if you can, you'll probably like it, otherwise...
there was just a thread about the Deus going on in RFDB. I enjoyed it the one time I tried it, very highly spiced, crisp and floral. Its like a big extra spicy belgin wit.
