I'm getting an uncontrollable desire to homebrew something involving pig fat...

Won't be drinkable, mind you, but I just love to cause exceptions. Too bad I don't work for Microsoft.

You know...funny you should mention that. I thought so too, and imagine my surprise (shock, amusement, confusion...) when I saw on a Yuengling Light Lager label that the beer contained 0.1 gram of fat. Hah? I need to look into this further.

That'll be to cover themselves over the odd mouse turd/liquidized fly etc etc that *might* get into the brew!
