Anyone have a link that explains how the Iron City one piece aluminum bottle is made?

It is just an extension of the can forming process. Aluminum bottles had already been used by other bottlers prior to Iron City. Apparently the current offering uses a crown seal but they are working on a reclosable container. Here's a couple of interesting articles.

Are there any online videos that show the actual process and machines? I especially would like to see the machine that deforms the can into a bottle shape.
