new to group

hey everybody.i just found this group and find it interesting.as a beer lover and beer drinker myself,it is nice to find people with similiar interests.while i may not be able to discuss the scientific aspects into what makes beer taste like it does, iam hoping to learn from some of the more educated posters. right now iam drinking a coors light.if i plan on just drinking beer to basicly just drink alot of them and get drunk i usually choose this,or bud light.both of wich i know are not the beers you guys usually discuss with any type of affection, but when you drink as much beer as i do,one tends to go for something light. not to start any flaming but here are some beers that i enjoy. nice summer day i always go with a Petes Strawberry Blonde.just a hint of strawberry aftertaste,or a Samuels Adams Cherry Wheat.same but with a nice cherry aftertaste.being in the midwest the liennies berry weis is in abbundance but is to much like a wine cooler . another good beer i had is when i was in philly.all the bars had rolling rock nips.i thought those were good.also like the green light.for a light beer it has good flavor.another beer i like is perla.i believe it is czech.i get it at the european grocery store that has a nice selection of eastern european beer. that is enough for now.just introducing myself to the group.and my favorite beer.i have had it taste like total s**te when it has gone a little old.sorry but it is Guinness.
