Sam Adams?

Are all their beers this hoppy? When I got one of their lagers and found it as hoppy as a good IPA, I figured it was just one of those things - but this Cream Stout even has that flowery dry-hopped to the Nth degree thing. I mean, it's a half-decent stout, but not the first thing I expect when I see the word "stout" on the label.

Never actually thought of anything Sam Adams as being particularly highly-hopped. SABL has a decent hop level, but nothing notable. I thought their IPA was tragically under-hopped.

The newish Imperial Pilsner is robustly hopped. I agree about the Sam Adams "IPA," though; it's really a pale ale. I find the SA Cream Stout to be very mild in its hopping. The Boston Lager isn't hopped like any IPA I'm aware of. Well, maybe the SA one. (That's a joke. Boston Lager does have some hop to it, of course.)
