Hi there, A while ago I heard that UK brewer Fuller's had a pub in New York City. Does anyone know if it's still there please, and where it can be found if so?

Sorry, no such thing. You'll find Fullers on draft occasionally (d.b.a. has the ESB most days), and on cask even less occasionally, depending on distributor stocks.
Probably much, much better off enjoying the local beers instead of worrying about English beer in America. Plenty of tied houses in London, certainly.
