Hi, Does anyone know a good newsgroup for US beer please? There used to be one called alt.beer but that seems to be defunct.

Beer advocate is very good for US, sorry can't remember exact address and have to go to pub now!

is the address,it's mainly US based though there are some very active UK posters including myself! There is a special forum within beeradvocate for UK and Irish matters. It's an excellent site with I believe over 100000 beer reviews.Worth the trouble of registering (it's free)
