The Day After...

Somehow I feel i should know the answer to this...

...but do any of you all feel a bit 'displaced' the day after imbibing? I don't mean hungover- no headache, no tiredness, no sickness... just a bit 'cognitavely challenged'... The mind is a little slow, thoughts are a little fuzzy, attention is not as sharp as usual, memory is a tad leaky....

By 'imbibing' i don't mean getting *drunk*- moreso just a nice warm buzz. For me that means typically 4 12oz bottles of something with a little meat to it, or about 3 or 4 pints of Guinness.

I'm in my 30s now, "rediscovering" beer after rarely drinking anything in my 20s. In High School it was party hardy all the time, but I was immortal in those days and no amount of drink or smoke was enough...

... just curious, and thanks..
