The message subject says it all... which is the best beer to buy for the purpose of starting my own little yeast ranch? I do know that most of the American lager BMC types are pasteurized, so that effectively knocks the cheap crap right out of the running... but are there any exceptions?

Very impressed with my results from yeast from Yards India Pale Ale (Philadelphia).
I've cultured from Bell's before to make an ale similar to Two Hearted. Supposedly they use the same yeast to ferment and bottle. It worked well for me.
