Yea but IMO that barely counts. Being that it was frozen 2-3 times, and given that's a form of distillation, then this is not an ABV achieved through fermentation ala Utopias or WWS. I suppose it could be more along the lines of bierschnapps than beer. (but seeing as I haven't had Dave nor bierschnapps, that's just my wild guess)
More like its free. And not publically released. As I understand it, if you visit the brewery, take a tour (or not), and politely ask for a taste, you'll be allowed some. It was one batch of Adam that they decided to freeze and see what happened.
