Doosra Beer

In my experience Greene King make everything to a low price (but not necessarily sold cheaply). They may have the right idea for a different beer but then it's if the accountants step in and restrict the ingredients that give a beer a distinctive good flavour. The beers end up tasting of Greene King stock beer range (which I don't particularly like) with a very slight hint of something that could have made it outstanding.

you also have to hope you catch it either fresh on, or at a place that knows how to look after their beer properly as else you get lots of hints of tastes you dont want :)

it wasnt bad as special one offs go, Ive had worse, but yeah Id agree fairly stock range beer, and Im not rushing to find it on elsewhere though I might try it again if I happen across it.
