Can anyone tell me which chain owns the Rising Sun on Tottenham Court Road, London? I wish to make a complaint
Yesterday afternoon, I was served a pint of London Pride which was contaminated with water. London Pride/water shandy! The beer had just gone on and the clip turned around. I guess not enough was pulled through.
Very politely I informed the barmaid. The cellarman/boss immeadtiately appeared and started to get shirty. I declined to get on my high horse quoting experience, qualifications and whatever as he didn't seem too receptive!
Remember folks: The customer is always wrong, it's in their training.
