Brewing Location

Topsham, Devon, UK!

Yep, Yakima it is! By your description I was guessing Ellensburg. I'm still using extract kits, no all-grain stuff so far. I still have an unused Brown Ale kit left over from this spring, so I'll have something to play with when it cools down a little. I also like Listermann's Porter kit.

I've sometimes wondered about this town. They grow hops and grain around here, as well as fruit (apples!) and there are also honey producers... and yet there are no local brew shops for any possible beer, mead, or cider brewers. Very odd.

I am out in Terrace Heights, just moved into a new place and while unpacking came across the brew equipment. I will be rebuilding my brewery this fall. I have a coworker who also brews, and a brother who is very interested. I figure on about a batch a month. If you want we could definately get together.
