cider question

I am new here and need some help .. I want to make hard cider.. but can`t find cider grade juice can anyone help??

Regular old apple juice on sale works for me. I add a few frozen canisters

1 per 2 gal of juice for added sugar and flavor. 1 : 1 really kicks up the alcohol :)

Depending on where you live, you may be able to find a local orchard that sells cider, or who knows, maybe you can order some over the internet someplace. I guess I'm pretty lucky, every year we have an Apple Festival here in town where I can buy several gallons of fresh delicious cider. One of the perks of living in Wisconsin. :)

Look for a place called the Bayfield Apple Company in Bayfield, WI I get all my cider from them.

phone number should be 1-800-363-4JAM
