Hi All, I'm brewing weiss beer from a kit and have read that adding dried spraymalt to the bottled beer will improve flavour. The problem is living in Ireland there are only a few suppliers of this product and none stock wheat beer spraymalt. Is it possible to use light or dark spraymalt instead or will this give the beer a funny taste ?
