Piss in the carboy and add yeast that's all you need to do.
Here is a step by step way to make your own spirits at home:
- Find a country that allows you to brew spirits at home.
- Move to that country.
- Malt come corn and barley.
- Mash malted corn and barley.
- Boil mash into a condenser
- Liquid that comes out is spirits.
I just go to the liquor store, it is allot cheaper than all that moving to other countries and stuff.
It is much the same as making beer or anything else. Except, I believe it illegal in the US, unless of course you are meerly making fuel for your car.
Check out this web site for some of the best stills I have ever seen. .

Your answers are all wrong!
It is easy and legal to distill spirits in many countries provided you do it the right way.
There's an Italian stove-top kit, 100% glass, that will make a fine GRAPPA in 24 hours.
Just watch out for that methyl alcohol. It's ethyl you want!
