Hi All,
I am having problems getting the temperature of my fermentor low enough when brewing, and was wondering what is the maximum temperature anyone here has brewed a lager using the above yeast at, with success.

If you go above 45F, you're gonna have a passion fruit/mango tasting beer...I've got 10 gal. that proves it!

saves you having to add fruit to the fermenter :-)
