Nettles are actually good for you medicinally. But, alas,,, they lack that all important ingredient,,,, taste. You could add nettles to just about any beer recipe and not change it much. I would recommend making beer with nettles instead of nettles beer. Just add it to your favorite recipe, use a strong nettle tea or a juice extraction. I wouldn't recommend an alcohol extract in your beer. A google search will reveal the medicinal benefits of nettles.... Good luck.
