If you mean for beer, I wouldn't. I doubt they'd hold the pressure and be likely to explode.

I have used them to bottle all of the 20 batches of wine that I have made and I think that they are great for wine.
I would not recommend using them for beer for the same reasons Denny gave.
I think that is what the traditional molatov cocktail is made with because they break easy. Champagne bottles might be OK but beer bottles, suprisingly enough are for........beer.
