I live in N. central TX and have been brewing for a bout a year and a half. I breww mostly partial mash lagers. I am looking into moving up to all grain.

I am a recent new comer to home brewing. I am now doing partial mash and still a little Extract brewing. I live in Austin and am active in our brew club called the Austin Zealots.
