I'm drinking this baozhong that looks like slightly larger pellets than gunpowder but off black color (oxidized). This is the only tea I've seen where each pellet expands to an individual intact large whole leaf. I need a pharmeceutical tray to dispense the leaf by count and not weight. One of the most pleasant surprises ever. The leaf unfurls from the top and stays suspended for the infusion which I thought was impossible. My idea of a mysterious Chinese tea.
