Can anyone recommend a tea shop anywhere from southern Vermont to Albany or Troy, NY or north-western Mass.?
I'm looking for the lighter variety of dark oolongs, like TenRen's Bai Hao. Just found out I am having a small gathering this Saturday and need to get more tea and gong-fu tea cups...

Then you might check to see what Wild LIly has to offer over in Chelsea. (there may even be a website) There's also Takashimaya in midtown east, but who knows what they may have, and it may be pricey.
I don't know many spots outside of Chinatown.
