Shipping Tea In Heat

Jun 29, 2004 1 Replies

Does anyone know whether the quality of the tea will be compromised shipping it in the heat? I'm living in Las Vegas and the daytime heat is over 100° and the heat in the UPS truck is even hotter. Even though most teas come vacuum sealed from the air, how will the heat effect the tea?

Thanks, Dave

I got an order in similar conditions in Phoenix a few weeks ago, and the tea is still fantastic, so if it can be better, Winter's going to be my friend.
