Tea rooms in uk

Whilst on holiday recently in the Czech Republic I found a very nice little tea room, it had a chinese / mongolian feel to it with low sofas and low wooden tables, prayer bowls, windchimes etc. They sold only tea (and biscuits) and had at least several dozen different green teas, fruit teas, regular tea with milk etc.

Since returning to the UK I've tried looking for a similar tea room without success, does anybody know of any here (better still, in the Reading area)? I've only ever seen the normal cafe type 'tea room', one type of tea and an assortment of soft drinks and hot and cold snacks. I know there are many shops here selling different teas (Whittards etc.) but is there anywhere you can go with friends just to sit in pleasant surroundings and enjoy a range of teas?

There is a tea room in Oxford, walking down the street where the shop of Oxford University Press is (don't remember the name of the street). The tea there is good and very varied.

Fruit tea bags!! The world is going down the drain. It seems that even Oxford is missing a good tea house now. Maybe one should take the opportunity ...
