I have an unopened, sealed and numbered, ceramic bottle in velvet bag in carton. Was given it as a gift about 20 years ago. Has since been standing in dark cupboard since. (Sorry, I can't stand Whisky but please don't hold that against me). Would it have any value (in the UK only) ? Either as a drink or as a collector's item ?
