Glen Burn 10 yrs old

Hi

I've recently received a bottle of Glen Burn Single Malt, 10 yrs old from a friend. Searching the internet for info about this whisky doesn't give many results. One page mentions something about Tamnavulin and Glen Burn being a different name. Can anybody help?

Thanks

Glen Burn - Single Highland (Leith) Malt

10 years old - 40% proof A modern addition to the ancient malt hierarch. 10 years in oak casks has left this modest sounding offering with a delightfully soft and fruity bouquet.

Warm and rich on the palate and surprisingly complex; look for caramel, vanilla and a hint of pine.

Love to know where your friend found it.

Thanks a lot, MerryD!

Well, my friend lives in Scotland (Lhanbryde on the outskirts of Elgin), and usually brings a few precious drops with him, when coming to visit me in Denmark ... great friend, huh?! I guess, he bought it locally.

Thanks again
