I was shopping at my favorite store (Wine & Liquor Depot in So. Calif.) for a few replacements. I was pleased to see a new Laphroaig 10-year in Cask strength. Having just emptied my old 10-yr, I grabbed a bottle figuring it better be good @ over 150% the price of the standard. At the checkout line, I saw a small display of JW Gold label in a 200ml corked bottle. It sure looked cute. I always wanted to try it so how could I go wrong? Best part is it had a sticker of $12 US over the old $22! For that price I could not resist. Anyone in my area owes it to themselves to grab a bottle while they last. The impressions have been discussed many times so I will just jump strait to the 10yr, after I open it tonight & try some. I will report back later, Scott
