Can anyone explain to me why all wine racks seem to use a 15 degree angle for the display bin. I've used a 20 degree angle as it offers a better view of the bottle and every type of bottle that I've tried still has its cork covered by liquid. I suppose that if it lost a significant amount of liquid that there might be a problem, but I just don't perceive one. Is there something magical about 15 degees?
