Thanks for notes. I have grudgingly decided that some '98 leftbankers are better than I initially gave them credit for. I've enjoyed Leoville-Poyferre, du Tertre, Leoville-Barton. None of them 20+ year agers, but good midtermers. Dale

Hmmm.. Yes, thanks for the notes. I purchased only 1 leftbank wine (leoville barton) from the '98's based on the opinion of WS and others, and went for Blaye, St Emillion & Pomerol wines. All untouched, but maybe I should be looking to open some up.
