Does anyone know the ageing potenial of this wine?
I've purchased some of it today and my first taste of it is splendid. I've never been let down by this producer, and wasn't this time either.
Honey akasie, mango, apricots, peaches, raisins and a hint of smoke. Well balanced with acidity enough to match the sweetness.
Some sources suggest an ageing potenial of 20 years plus but I'm thinking more like 10 years tops.
What are your thoughts?
