2007 Valentin Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon Famiglia Bianchi

I found this to my surprise next to the 2011. I was thinking it was definit ely something I had to drink immediately and it might be over the hill. It was freaking amazing. a cheap-ass cab that ages gracefully. if I ever decid e to be boring with wine and have a "house wine", this would be it. dark ch assis, cedar, tobacco, finegrained tannins, eucalyptus, great body , struct ure and mouthfeel, and decent finish. I want more. but its sold out.
