We belong to a wine tasting group and are hosting a French tasting (non-specific as to type) on Saturday. Everyone is supposed to bring an appetizer to compliment their selection. I expect to open a couple of Bourdeaux wines for our contribution. I would appreciate any suggestions the group might have.
