I have tasted Aquavit that has been stored well over 10 years that still was quite good. However if the bottle were be opened and kept for a long time after that, the oxygen in the air that enters the bottle might react with some of the essential oils from seeds used to flavor aquavat. This might cause a change in taste, just as seeds can lose taste if exposed to air over a long time. However this is just a theory, as I have not opened a botte and then not finished it for many years.

Unopened: infinite. Opened: a year or two, less the emptier the bottle is. Less than half: drink up fairly soon. No harm anyway, but a somewhat less fresh taste. Anders
Just out of curiosity, is it the Jubilaeums that is in the triangular bottle? I've been looking for some of that for years and have been unable to find it. Interested in selling one or two bottles?
