What can I expect for a half life for filled and factory corked 750ml

2005/6 California cab? these should be very big wines.

Do you mean 2005 or 2006? Will you be storing at 55F or 72F? Which wines specifically..... which appellation and which maker(s)? What do you mean by "half life" wine doesn't have a perfect aging curve? Do you mean prime drinking window or how long will it remain drinkable under perfect storage? Generally speaking these days, Napa and Sonoma wines tend to be ready to drink on release, a few years of aging tends to integrete the flavors a bit and allow the oak to fall away a bit. Big doen'st necessarily mean long-lived especially if the balance of fruit, acid and tannins are not right.
