Anyone familiar with Chateau Simone from the Provence? I have a few bottles in my collection, red, white and rose. It is highly spoken of and when I recently visited Aix en Provence I went to the chateau and bought a few extra bottles of 2006 rose. The lady who helped us assured us it was an excellent rose and could be consumed right away. .......How dissapointing - totally flat - now taste at all!
Has anyone had better experience with Chateau Simone wines?
