I'm in the middle of preparing tonights supper, and have chilled an '02 Mondavi Fume' Blanc to pair with it, and was wondering if something different would be more appropriate, a Pinot Noir perhaps? Thanks for the help, Jim.

I would try a gewürztraminer with a bit of sweetness or even a riesling. Otherwise I'd go for beer.........
