Don't think this is in the current FAQ draft. Answer to read something like....
They are probably tartrate cystals and perfectly harmless. Sometimes you will find them in the wine, and sometime stuck to the bottom of the cork. Because customers get unecessariy worried when they find them, wines are often now treated so these do not form.
