I have been gifted with a Wine Enthusiast Wine Master a little battery charged gizmo that will tell me that La Vielle Ferme is a rose (no mention of the white or the red) and costs under $10US. It claims 10,000 entries but has reviews for maybe 500 and of course not always keyed to vintage (too helpful I suppose).
Oh well time to update my Hugh Johhnson pocket book faster and more reliable. (But not cutely bottle shaped)
