Great Pair - Rosenblum and Ribeye

Nov 22, 2003 0 Replies
1999 Rosenblum Annette's Reserve Rhodes Vineyard with a pan-fried blackened ribeye (medium rare of course). Flash-fried cherry skin and plum wine, leather (some say dark chocolate) scents, almost 15% alcohol, with a flavorful marbled pan-fried ribeye - lots of pepper and salt - no sides or soups, just the beef and wine is an excellent primordial pairing.

Ed R. - the ribeye was from Luigi's.
