Would like to put down a couple of bottles of port to be at their peak in 2024 and 2028 respectively.
I have a Fonseca 83 and a Dows 77 - would these be suitable ?
If not, what vintage would be best please ? (preferably in Dows)

I cant' remember having either of these (I have had the Dow '83 & Fonseca '77). Neither would be oth, but the '83s in general seem a little earlier maturing. Personally I tend to like VP while it's entering mature phase, for those dates I might look at something like a '97.
