We just purchased a Vinotemp trellis rack and are having a horrible time assembling it. It came without instructions and the customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. Does anyone know anything about assembling these?
It came without nails and customer service initally told us we needed
2 inch BCA nails that are fluted and threaded so that they twist when you hammer them in. Our local hardware store had no idea what we were talking about. When we called back (Friday at 4 pm) we were told all technical service was out of the office and would call us Monday, we were also told the racking system comes with custom nails, but they couldn't be sent to us until we talked to the technical support people.
Does anyone know anything about the nails used to affix this system?
