Is this Heritage Fine Wines in Australia? Wasn't one of their directors wanted for fraud overseas?

I hadnt heard that, but that's not relevant - I understand that they are based here but have outlets in US, UK and Japan too - just wondering if anybody had any experiences in buying wine from them...

service, prices, range, quality, etc
