Interesting late harvest dessert wine from Italy

My wife is Italian from the Fuili venezie guilie region. I'm not a fan of t he type of wine they make there (but the neighbour region does - amarone). What they do make thats nice here is dessert wines of the late harvest typ e. Most common is Picolit. Which is a sweet white wine, dried to raisins ei ther off stalk or on stalk, and oaked.

A more interesting type form here is Ramandolo, which is creamier and less sweet than picolit. Today I bought this one: Dario Coos Romandus

Will post notes when I taste it :)

Fresh notes of passion fruit and papaya, stayed in the mouth a while. A bit disappointed as I expected more creamy glueish notes.

Creamy glueish? Sounds like library paste to me.

The first late harvest I got was Prager Late Harvest Sauv. Blanc. I remember thinking it tasted like "glue in a good way", hehe. I remembered Romandolo as having that flavour, too. Too bad I cant remember which one it was.

There's also "glue in the bad way". E.g, Sutter Home Chardonnay (5$ in Danish supermarket).
