Opened an old bottle that has been stored perfectly. Not only was it great but it still tasted fresh with loads of fruit. Am amazed that any California Chardonnay from 1987 could taste this good after 17 years but not too surprised as they are just now releasing 1994 and 1995 Chardonnays.
