We do not cook with Marsala wine on a frequent basis and wonder about the "safe" use of an open bottle of wine. What is the expected "life" of an open bottle of Marsala wine. Are we talking days, weeks or even months? TIA

It will be OK for months...
I use Marasala on a regular basis, I find that if stored in a cool dark location it last about 2 months without any affects to taste.
