Need advice for dinner tommorow...

Tommorow I am cooking an east indian curry and chicken dish for dinner with guests. I've never served wine with a meal like this before. What would you guys recommend? I have a bunch of stuff from all wine countries, except germany. Lots of merlots, cab sauv, shiraz, pinot noirs, and malbecs...

thanks a million!

Beer or sparkling wine. Geyser Peak 2002 Sauvignon Blanc. Riesling maybe. I know this is mixing cultures, but sake would probably work too.

A good bt of NV Champagne Rose .. very chilled !!

I second the vote for beer - a good, strong, hoppy IPA, like Dogfish Head 60 or 90 minute. Or go native, and find some Kingfisher.

I would do a white bubbler with a bit of sugar. How about a Prosecco? Even has a touch of sweetness which goes great with curry.
