Hello; I have pondered this for a while. Cabernet Sauvignon is today extremely popular in many warmish climates, such as Australia, California, and Chile. I don´t drink mucgh wine from any of the above countries, obviously I am missing out but that's the way it is. I ask now, would it be possible to pinpoint differences between Cabs from these three countries/states? As nI read it, I realise what an insane question this really is. Australia is a continent! California is larger than lots of European countries, with a plethora of soils and microclimates, and Chile? That´s big too. Still. Please. Could anyone try to make an effort?
Cheers
