Just had the '03 "Westside Neighbors" on Saturday night. The table had a mix of pork and chicken. I opted, at the waitperson's suggestion, for the halibut, but now wish I'd gone with the Alaskan Salmon. The halibut was OK, but not worthy of this wine - just "all right" white fish.
WSN was excellent! Big fruit, but everything in balance. Nice acid, and a rich velvety texture. I'd say that it is likely to age with some pretty good company.
