Ate at a great place in Newberg Oregon last week.
With Paddlefish and Sturgeon Caviars...we had Argyle Brut...great pairing.
With Foie Gras we had J.K. Carriere Pinot Noir 2001 and 2006 JK Carriere Pinot Shea Vineyard. Both were outstanding.
This wine carried us through dinner. We all had something different. Lamb Dishes, Duck Dishes....just OUTstanding wine.
This restaurant was a gem in a house 1 block off downtown Newberg.
Just wanted to mention this place...truly amazing food, service and very reasonable wine list!
